Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your delivery address and selected shipping method.

Complimentary Standard Shipping is available on qualifying orders of $150 or more within the contiguous United States.

Delivery times vary depending on your location and the shipping method selected at checkout.

Estimated delivery dates are provided by the shipping carrier and are not guaranteed.

Order Tracking

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email so you can monitor your package’s journey.

Shipping Address

Please ensure your shipping address is accurate before placing your order.

Heavenly Angel Kisses is not responsible for delays or additional shipping charges resulting from incorrect or incomplete shipping information provided by the customer.

Lost or Stolen Packages

Once a package has been marked as Delivered by the shipping carrier, Heavenly Angel Kisses is not responsible for lost or stolen packages.

If your package is lost during transit, please contact us and we will gladly assist you in filing a claim with the carrier.

Damaged Shipments

If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at contact@heavenlyangelkisses.com.

Please include:

  • Your order number
  • A brief description of the damage
  • Clear photographs of the product and shipping box

We will review your claim and determine an appropriate resolution.

International Shipping

At this time, Heavenly Angel Kisses ships within the United States only.

We look forward to expanding international shipping in the future.

Weather & Carrier Delays

Delivery delays caused by weather, natural disasters, carrier disruptions, holidays, or other circumstances beyond our control are not the responsibility of Heavenly Angel Kisses.
