Damaged or Incorrect Orders
If your order arrives damaged during shipping or you receive the wrong item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery.

After reviewing your claim, we may provide a replacement for eligible damaged or incorrect items. We do not guarantee refunds.
Order Cancellations
Orders may be canceled only if they have not yet entered processing. Once production or fulfillment has begun, orders cannot be canceled or modified.
